Sorry for the delay.  I'm getting a connection refused error.  Just wanted
to confirm if the server was still available.  Thanks.

Again, I apologize for my earlier delay in responding.  The server still 
seems to be unavailable, so I'm going to close this bug.  If the server 
does become available in the future, feel free to reopen this bug.
