I've commited the translation of gentoo-ppc-faq.xml in cvs. It's awayting the
check now. Two-three places are marked as TODO, please have a look at them,
cause my knowledge of English was not enough to translate them.

Sorry for the delay, finally got through this one.
I did few corrections and also filled in the TODO parts. The update is in cvs and the document has been linked in. Please check.
