Sorry for my english first. I trying Amarok (xine engine) and Xine-UI players. FLAC brakes if a output through JACK. I think that a trouble with xile-lib. Others formats of sound files (and lossless WAV too) plays perfectly. During too time mplayer and vlc plays FLAC normally through Jack. If I stop the jackd and put through the ALSA - FLAC plays normally. Thanks. After this ebuilds http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219993 my problem was solved. Please add xine-lib-1.1.13 to portages tree. See previous link.
1.1.13 in the tree, so this one should be fixed
