As announced on -dev the new dev-tex category has been introduced in the portage
tree, but it seems the categories file in /usr/portage/profiles has not been
updated to reflect this. That causes portage to ignore ebuilds in the dev-tex
category if emerge is called with only the packagename wihtout the category.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to emerge any app from dev-tex (or search for it)

Actual Results:  
portage doesn't find the package

Expected Results:  
portage should find the package with only the packagename given
