TeaPop as built by script 0.3.3 
expects to find a configuration file at 
/usr/etc/teapop.passwd 
It is necessary to create a symbolic link from 
this location to /etc/teapop/teapop.passwd 
before it will work properly.

I have adjusted the ebuild.  Please try it again and let me know..
