Every time clamd reloads its database it will increase memory usage.

Patch needs an s/pthread_yield/sched_yield otherwise it looks ok.

should maybe check if upstream still have posix_yield() in trunk and ask them to fix if needed.

There is discussion ongoing in the corresponding upstream wether this *might* introduce a possible DoS - resolving this one as upstream therefore for now.
