The CD boots fine but any of the modules included seems to work for ethernet 
adapter. In /dev/ only hda is listed and corresponds to CD unit. No hard drive 
is recognized 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot rc6 install CD (all stages)
2.ls /dev 
Actual Results:  
only hda is listed and thats the CD


Expected Results:  
list hda for hardrive and hd* for CD

rc7 should work if you boot using:

life-safe nol3

closing - booting in safe mode with nol3 as argument from any livecd >=rc7 gets you to a prompt
network is supported by these livecds. 

also rc8 fixes a problem of hd devices other than hdc not being available.

Next gnome/kde cd is available soon
