1.3 of nmh is out. I believe it fixes most (all?) of the issues (e.g. the strncmp and -O2 thing) with earlier versions. While at it make it use gdbm and drop the db dependency. nmh works with both. Reproducible: Always

I realized I ought to remove the comments of old lines, since you can just diff those for yourself, so there is no real change from my previous proposed ebuild. Tested working on amd64.
