The patch gcc-4.2.3-aix-largefiles.patch doesn't fully apply anymore.  In order not to screw up AIX users, I dropped the keyword temporarily as well, until the patch is fixed or known not to be necessary.

gcc-patches containing inclhack-fixes always need to be recreated for each gcc-version.
