Description mulaz 2008-06-01 15:19:14 UTC
ck4up puts it's man page in ">>> /usr/man/man1/ck4up.1.bz2" whereas all other man pages are in "/usr/share/man", so typing "man ck4up" doesnt find the man page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install ck4up
2. man ck4up
3.

Actual Results:
"No manual entry for ck4up"

Expected Results:
Man page should be opened

ck4up-1.0.ebuild.patch

This should solve the problem.
Comment 2 Thilo Bangert (RETIRED) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-06-02 06:38:57 UTC
guess i should reinstall gentoo someday. my system is rather old and has a symlink from /usr/man to /usr/share/man .... go figure...
(its still a bug, though)

thanks for the report/patch - fixed in cvs.
regards
Thilo
