You have to bake your kernel (or at least the scripts, if the driver doesn't need anything else but the headers) from the sources, /usr/src/linux points to.
Please check that your kernel sources symlink (/usr/src/linux) is properly set - the ati-drivers build system cannot find a couple of files, and scripts/mod/modpost really should be there or your sources are missing or broken. Reopen if you find that remerging kernel-sources and configuring them does not fix the issue.
