The author of fireflysung has changed the name of the package to opendesktop-fonts. Ebuild attached. I'd do this myself, but Calchan tells me we frown on new developers moving packages, so here's a bug for ya.
Created attachment 154787 [details, diff] opendesktop-fonts-1.4.2.ebuild Ebuild for opendesktop-fonts. Retained ~arch keywords of fireflysung.
Peter it's hard for me to read page in URL but I believe that you are correct here and we should rename fonts. So, please, move them by yourself. Just don't forgive to check the whole tree (including profiles and eclass directories) for possible dependencies on these fonts, before you remove them from the tree. If you have any questions, just ask!

If > you have any questions, just ask! I've committed opendesktop-fonts-1.4.2 to the tree. My understanding of the procedure from here on out is this: 1/ We ask for an early stabilization of 1.4.2 on arches that had stable keywords due to the pending package move. 2/ We then do the package move by putting "move media-fonts/fireflysung media-fonts/opendesktop-fonts" into profiles/updates/2Q-2008 3/ We then cvs remove fireflysung. Correct?
Actually I'm not sure here. Give me some time I'll mail -dev mailing list with request to clarify this package move thing. Actually I'd like to write and discuss some piece of documentation to be added into our developers handbook as previous discussions on -dev revealed the current explanation there is not enough.
please add comments to bug #212797 :) i would have copied the current fireflysung ebuild to opendesktop-fonts, rename as needed, and commit with the same keywords (stable and unstable), then add the version bump with all unstable keywords as normal. but again, this is underdocumented.
Ok, move completed. Fixed, InCVS.
