I think Slang is had cjk support.
but slang-1.4.5-r2 doesn't enable cjk support.

Now 1.4.5-r3 and 1.4.9 have cjk USE flag 
and both ebuilds marked as unstable(~).
Please test and if you find any problems, let me know.
