please add this one to the tree as it is now an optional dep for the new horde release, espacially kronolith

Upstream seems to be dead and while there having not been a new release since January 2013 doesn't necessarily mean anything for a fairly simple project like this, the fact there are bugs and feature requests in its tracker which haven't been touched since 2014 is more worrisome. Is there still any interest in adding this to Gentoo? If not, we'll close this bug as WONTFIX in 30 days.
