ftp.enlightenment.org doesnt seem to exist anymore,
here is one possible mirror for the file : 
http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/enlightenment/fnlib-0.5.tar.gz

this bug also breaks enlightenment

download location seems to have already been fixed in the ebuild.
