Currently ispell-pt-br is being masked by "missing keyword" on AMD64. However, after

# echo 'app-dicts/ispell-pt-br ~* *' >> /etc/portage/package.keywords

I could succesfully emerge it and use it:

$ ispell -d pt_BR
@(#) International Ispell Version 3.2.06 08/01/01
word: mattar
how about: matar, matutar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to an AMD64 Gentoo Linux installation.
2. Run as root "emerge ispell-pt-br"
Actual Results:  
An error saying that there's a "missing keyword".

Expected Results:  
A successful merge.
