While merging gnome2 beta4 the gdb gets installed, or lets say .. not installed because it 
breaks up.  afther that i tried to merge 5.1 this one breaks to. from the output i can conclude 
its having a 'confict' between stdbool.h from the gcc-lib dir.

yeah, you have a version of ncurses installed that has been masked for ages. 
Please install the latest unmasked ncurses and this compilation will go
successfully for you.
