Hi toto, please verify that the situation remains the same after a hour or so, then run `emerge --sync` again and please reopen this bugreport when it still doesn't work. Please also make sure you use a fresh mirror for downloading. The full list of them is available at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors2.xml .

Hi Ingmar, Can't agree with you.

As you see size is to small for 4.0.3
And on primary url ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/4.0.3/src/kdeaccessibility-4.0.3.tar.bz2 size is 6369339 with sha1 93d28b450a31f409f011d2916e3c7d943503c78c vs cbc4a35076a939e908c86786b30cd6debe329faa
