Hallo,
I have problem with sync my mirror. It,s a official mirror. I have this massage when start sync. 

rsync: failed to connect to rsync1.us.gentoo.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(104) [receiver=2.6.9]

Have you yet tried another one?

I can not find it there.

My ISP have problem with one router, and with BGP routing protocol. 
Now its OK.
