The problem is probably in the patch itself......

As of -mm5 there has been some work on the Makefiles to make cross-compilation easier.. the use of ARCH in the makefile changed. This has been fixed in the mm-sources-2.5.70-r5.ebuild as of around 11AM this morning (EST). Please sync and try again. Marking closed.
