Description Greg Wiley 2003-06-05 12:02:07 UTC
Running an evms utility results in an eror message
about the Ext2/3 module. It cannot load the
plugin.

Running the 1.2, not the 2.0 evms.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) install Gentoo using Live-CD version of EVMS to setup volume management
2) enjoy new Gentoo system for a little while
3) emerge evms
4) run an evms utility such as evmsn or evms_lvscan
Actual Results:
Engine Message:
Engine: The plug-in Ext2/3 in module /lib/evms/libe2fsim.1.2.1.so requires
Engine services API version (8.1.0) which is greater than this Engine's
services API version (8.0.0).

Engine Message:
Engine: The plug-in failed to load.

this is a non-fatal "cosmetic" evms bug, it falls back to a builtin module.

Ignore me <<< We are having Bugzilla database issues.
