Description hitachi 2008-05-19 10:08:26 UTC
On the Web page: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/de/kernel-upgrade.xml there is an error. In the line under "Befehlsauflistung 4.3: Den Softlink /usr/src/linux aktualisieren" ln -sf is missing an "n". In the original english version there is this missing n. See: # ln -sfn linux-2.6.9-gentoo-r2 linux

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/de/kernel-upgrade.xml
2.Scroll down to 4.3
3.Read

Actual Results:
Not creating a symlink. Leading to the problem that one cannot upgrade the kernel.

Expected Results:
-

The Bug can be solved by adding the "n" - even if one does not speak german

Maybe anyone could solve the problem. You just need to add an "n" to a page. Could be done in 2 mins.
