With qt-qt3support comes qtconfig, a config-utility for style/palette/etc. There also is the possibility to do phonon-related setup for rendering and audio. The current ebuild disables these possibilities (-no-gstreamer -no-phonon).

So there could be a "phonon" USE-Flag, which would enable these options.
