dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra at least contains the following packages
from dev-tex and should block them:
prosper
texpower

Reproducible: Always

Yesterday I only checked dev-tex packages I remembered, today I ckecked all
dev-tex packages installed on my system and found another three:
cdcover
latex-calendar
leaflet
