Would be nice to have this as an ebuild. ;-)

The build procedure (optionally parallel) is quite simple:

I attach the first version of iqpnni-3.2.ebuild.
It builds only the sequential version, but I am working 
on parallel version too.

Done, package is now ~x86 and ~amd64 in gentoo-x86.
