The last bug against sci-chemistry/chemical-mime-data-0.1.94 was in January, shouldn't it be keyworded stable?

Fine by me... might as well stabilize gchempaint and gchemutils too. I'll open bugs for those :)

gchemutils depends on BODR which is ~ and has an open bug. I've been looking at it, but want to read around a bit more before I attempt a fix for it...

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
