4.59    - Tuesday, September 12, 2006

    * FIXED: If simple configuration file's first line consisted of
      values containing '=' the guess_syntax() mistakenly identified
      the syntax of the file as 'ini' as opposed to 'simple'. Test case
      created. Thanks to Craig Manley to point this out.
