Bug 22164 – giftui-cvs ebuild

This ebuild will retrieve CVS-sources for giftui-cvs and build them. I see a
demand for this, as the regular sources from the webpage error out like this:
event.c:4:23: giFT/gift.h: No such file or directory
io.c:8:23: giFT/gift.h: No such file or directory
In file included from event.c:8:
event.h:39: parse error before "Interface"
event.h:39: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
event.h:40: warning: type defaults to `int' in declaration of `GiftuiEvent_t'
event.h:40: warning: data definition has no type or storage class
(multiple pages of errors follow, the compile aborts)

As the CVS-sources do build, it might be an idea to replace the giftui ebuild
with this.
