When you compile imagemagick you have to also compile jbigkit which might be
preferable most of the time but not always. 
A useflag for jbigkit should be added (done in my patch)

1.emerge imagemagick-5.5.6

Actual Results:  
jbigkit was built

Expected Results:  
jbigkit should have been built if i wanted it

just commited imagemagick 5.5.7.11, jbig is now optional
