The sylpheed-claws ebild does not install the helper scripts located in the
tools directory. These should be installed as they provide additional
functionality for Sylpheed Claws. Good installation places would be
/usr/share/sylpheed-claws/tool or /usr/lib/sylpheed-claws/tools.
