When installing gst-plugins-dvb on a system with an old (but still stable in portage) version of media-libs/gstreamer (0.10.14) I ran into an error on ./configure which complained that it needs a version >=0.10.17.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install media-libs/gstreamer-0.10.14
2. Try to install media-plugins/gst-plugins-dvb-0.10.6
Actual Results:

checking for LIBOIL... yes
checking for GST... no
configure: Requested 'gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.17' but version of GStreamer is 0.10.14
configure: error: no gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.17 (GStreamer) found

Expected Results:

thanks, it's fixed with current gst-plugins-dvb
