Description Denilson Sá Maia 2008-05-09 04:21:47 UTC
Right after emerging net-firewall/ebtables-2.0.8.2 (currently marked as stable), the following message is printed:

 * If you are interested in gentoo init script for ebtables, please,
 * read the following file:
 * /usr/share/doc/ebtables-2.0.8.2/init-scripts/README.gentoo.init

But /usr/share/doc/ebtables-2.0.8.2/ only has the following files:
ChangeLog.bz2  THANKS.bz2  ebtables  ebtables-config

Thank you for report Denilson. That was old message from times when init script was not workable as it should and was not installed into init.d directory. That message is dropped now without version bump (as does not affect installed package). FIXED.
