MLDBM has switched CPAN authors between 2.00 and 2.01. The SRC_URI in the
MLDBM-2.01.ebuild is incorrectly using the original author's CPAN directory. I
couldn't find a valid URI for cpan.valueclick.com (since the new author doesn't
seem to have a directory there), but
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/C/CH/CHAMAS/MLDBM-2.01.tar.gz works.
