Here's a file to do awk syntax highlighting in nano. It does most of the within-block syntax and doesn't try to do anything special with patterns.

It's also missing 'return' -- could just stick that into a brightyellow line by the other flow control stuff.

thanks, fixed with nano-2.1.1-r1
