This patch fixes: http://trolltech.com/developer/task-tracker/index_html?method=entry&id=204403
This bug makes scrolling impossible in KTorrent with Qt-4.4.0, and probably other applications too.

The patch also applies to x11-libs/qt-gui-4.4.0_rc1 in portage at the moment.
