The last changes made by swift in printing-howto.xml aren't necessary, because the long time needed to create the SSL certificates has been fixed with net-libs/gnutls-2.2.2 (stable on several archs).

Fixed in CVS. That note wasn't ever needed, really. I spent some time talking with the user who first emailed SwifT and I; turned out that (in addition to gnutls) that his system was hitting the ancient /dev/random instead of /dev/urandom bug for entropy generation.

Anyway, removed the note, so good to go.
