while emerging ncftp-3.1.5:

Done installing NcFTP.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: CHANGELOG does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: FIREWALL-PROXY-README does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: LICENSE.txt does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: READLINE-README does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: README does not exist.
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dodoc: WHATSNEW-3.0 does not exist.
man:
gzipping man page: ncftp.1
.....


ebuild ncftp-3.1.5.ebuild compile results in these files in
/var/tmp/portage/ncftp-3.1.5/work/ncftp-3.1.5/doc (though some names are
slightly different).

these docs should be installed, as well as the entire html dir in that dir.
