Alot of people use overlays to install ebuild that are not in portage. But sometimes overlays have ebuilds that are also in portage. The quality of these ebuild is not always certain. It would be great to have a conviniet way to only get the ebuilds that are not in portage from the overlays or even better a chance to select for the ebuilds which overlay to use.
