Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge netscape-flash
2.fail
3.sigh
4.Follow steps from PPC FAQ to temporarily resolve on local system, including reporting bug here.
5.<confetti>

Adobe's flash player is a binary. It's not available in a version the powerpc machines. That's why it's masked in the first place. Unmasking it won't make it work on an architecture it cannot be executed on.
