Bug 21979 – supporting libmysqld in dev-db/mysql

It would be nice to include the --with-embedded-server option to configure in the ebuild for for 
dev-db/mysql for versions 4 and up (the option is documented for version 3 but does nothing).  
This adds the embedded server (libmysqld) to the build, something I am personally using in 
application development for standalone apps without a d/b to talk to.

Sorry for duplicate upload of the patch.  I get a browser error on Konqueror about multipart  
blah-blah-blah that makes it sound like the upload failed: 
 
Status: 400 Bad request (malformed multipart POST)
