when the server denies access. with net-fs/nfsutils-1.1.1: olympia # mount olympia:/blah /mnt/tmp mount.nfs: olympia:/blah failed, reason given by server: Permission denied with net-fs/nfsutils-1.1.2: olympia # mount olympia:/blah /mnt/tmp hangs... Very repeatable on my system, no daemon restarts required, just emerge one of both versions to switch behaviour. Portage 2.1.5_rc6 (default-linux/amd64/2007.0/desktop, gcc-4.2.3, glibc-2.7-r2, 2.6.24-gentoo-r3 x86_64)
