As indicated on the website, the latest stable releases are libtorrent-0.11.9 and
rtorrent-0.7.9 which are stable within the tree.

However the unstable branch that which is currently libtorrent-0.12.1 rtorrent-0.8.1 have replaced those that exist within the tree.

At the moment, the latest version of the unstable branch is 0.12.2/0.8.2

Topic should be updated, newest version is 0.8.2/0.12.2.
Emerges after copying last ebuild, and changing the patch links.
