shorewall-common-4.0.10.1
and
shorewall-perl-4.0.10.1
version bump.

shorewall-common is trivial and only requires changing the ebuild file name.

shorewall-perl: attaching a patch.

Please note the change in PDEPEND. Suggestions? Is this the right way to do it?
What I want is that ANY shorewall-common-4.0.10* has to be installed with shorewall-perl-4.0.10. I thought that ~ would do the trick but it behaves differently (ie. it wuld reinstall 4.0.10 which is inefficient or would try to pull in both 4.0.10 and 4.0.10.1).

The proposed patch works as epxected but would like some guidance as to whether it's written correclty or not.

Just like for shorewall-perl, shorewall-shell also needs this trivial patch.
