dev-python/pp-1.5.3 is available, version 1.4.3 is the most recent version in portage. Could we please get a version bump? Also, it looks like the 1.4.3 ebuild does not install ppserver.py into /usr/bin, but it should.

Updated ebuild.

An updated ebuild for the latest version of pp.

I made a few minor modifications to the original ebuild:
* No need for the examples archive as this version's tarball already contains the examples.
* Added a doc use flag for the bundled html document.
* Install the man page for ppserver.
