This is an update to ebuild sci-electronics/splat-1.1.0.ebuild, to get the latest upstream release. It add the new srtm2sdf util, and some changes where made to the docs. I removed the build of the fontdata utils which is useless, his purpose being to build the fontdata.h file used to build the splat binary (which is build before). Finaly this ebuild also enable the ~amd64 keyword which is working well for me.

I think this bug should be closed now, as sci-electronics/splat-1.2.2 is in the tree for a month.
I disagree, or at least if we do so, a new bug should be entered because the 1.2.2 ebuild : 1°) is still compiling fontdata with no purpose 2°) is still missing the ~amd64 keyword
