Description Antek Grzymała (antoszka) 2008-04-18 13:00:45 UTC
Version 0.8.0 of pymssql is required for python-2.5.x (quote from authors page: "Warning: previous versions will segfault when compiled and run with Python 2.5."). Also, there is a mistake in the LICENSE variable for pymssql-0.7.8. It is in fact GPL (not LGPL), again let me quote the author: "pymssql 0.8.0 is the first version released under LGPL".

Reproducible: Always

Ah. Forgot to mention that version 0.8.0 compiles fine and seems to work correctly simply by bumping the ebuild.

Blah, sorry.
Comment 3 Ali Polatel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-05-13 17:40:25 UTC
pymssql-0.8.0 is in CVS. Licenses are fixed.
Thanks for reporting :)
