There seems to be a file that's gone in newer tarballs:

tar: qt-x11-opensource-src-4.4.0-rc1/src/3rdparty/webkit/WebCore: Not found in archive

That directory is there, however, tar throws an error when you do something like 
`tar xf foo.tar subdir/ subdir/bar/` because subdir/bar/ was already unpacked by subdir/.

Fixed in Qt-4.4.0.
