Description Roger 2008-04-13 05:13:29 UTC
Rebuilding javatoolkit fails to fix the following problem. I even manually removed (rm) the files and then rebuilt javatoolkit and the problem, again, still exists. (AFK == missing, MD5-DIGEST == bad md5sum)

# qcheck javatoolkit
Checking dev-java/javatoolkit-0.2.0-r1 ...
 AFK: /usr/share/javatoolkit/lib
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/classpath.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/output.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/parser/parser.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/parser/buildproperties.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/parser/helpers.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/parser/__init__.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/parser/manifest.pyc
 MD5-DIGEST: /usr/share/javatoolkit/pym/__init__.pyc

Possible bug #197005 and bug #217343 are all related to this as well?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C javatoolkit || manually remove it's files (to ensure they're gone!)
2. emerge javatoolkit
3. qcheck javatoolkit

AFK (missing files) & MD5-DIGEST (md5sum errors) still exist! Simply Amazing!

Fixed in 0.3.0-r2
Comment 2 Roger 2008-09-28 21:40:57 UTC
See it fixed as well. :-)

$ qcheck javatoolkit
Checking dev-java/javatoolkit-0.3.0-r2 ...
  * 44 out of 44 files are good
