For the last couple of days I've had failures when I do emerge --sync.
In my /etc/make.conf I have this rsync setting:
SYNC="rsync://rsync.se.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage"
One of the mirrors in that rotation, namely 130.239.117.84 (ftp.ing.umu.se), has not been updated since april 4:th.

Reproducible: Always
