Since Gentoo/SPARC no longer supports 2.4 kernels and v8 machines (hence sparc32 profiles/stages aren't built), the devmanual SPARC page should be updated.

* Mention that 2.4 kernels and v8 machines aren't supported.
* sparc32 stages were available on 2006.1 release.
* Testing on v8 systems _isn't_ encouraged anymore.
* v9 machines also utilizes little-endian to access PCI buses.

Yes.  Although the v8 systems like SS20 still run with Gentoo and the kernel supports them, we (the Sparc team) quit supporting them some time ago.  We do supply a profile for sparc32 (we are not killing it), the only profile is 2006.1.

So, we do not require testing on these systems, and if you have one, we can't commit to support you.
